I am a serious foodie! I care about the food that I serve my family. I want them to enjoy good, healthy options. I want mealtime to be family time. I try to teach them how to cook, eat out, make the right food choices, eat slower and and live a healthy lifestyle. My ten year old son wanted to started a blog and that is where this journey began.
